AQUA CARDIO H20
A high-energy, low impact cardiovascular workout using the principles of water to create an endurance training total body experience. Beginner members welcome.

A low impact resistance training workout using the principles of water to create total body muscular strength and toning. Beginner members welcome.
BODY IN BALANCE
Unique to Club Meadowvale this low impact class incorporates core control and rhythmic movements of Pilates with stability training. Focus on improving balance, posture, strength and movement through combinations of exercises. This class will make you feel longer and stronger. Beginner members welcome.
BOOT CAMP CIRCUIT / BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE / SURVIVOR CIRCUIT
This versatile class offers exercises through rotational stations or circuits. It is an effective, time-efficient way to develop all-round fitness conditioning of strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Great for intermediate to advanced participants.
NEW CLASS* Kicking it old school with this traditional cardio training workout that fuses multiple fitness styles into one. Combining high low impact moves with classic combinations to keep participants sweating and calorie burning to the end. Great for intermediate participants.
CARDIO POWER RIDE / CYCLE EXPRESS
Peddle your way through an amazing fat burning cardio conditioning workout on a specialized indoor bike. Each person controls his or her own tension & intensity. Cycle Express is a 30 minute class best suited for beginner participants
Develop both strength and stamina through interval cycling and bursts of off bike toning exercises. Great for intermediate participants.
CYCLE N STRETCH
Reward your body with 45 minutes of pure cycling bliss followed by 15 minutes of gentle flexibility and body stretching.
Unique to Club Meadowvale this class incorporates slow motion stepping with Yoga postures and breathing. This truly inspiring workout blends stability & functional conditioning creating a change in pattern for your body and your brain. Beginner members welcome.
This non conventional fitness class is presented by Joanna Mihaililuk Fitness Instructor Specialist and certified Personal Trainer. She will take you through a total body workout delivered in the form of a 1 on 1 Personal Training session. Get ready to be trained by a Pro.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and perform activity relating to daily living. Work with weights, resistance tubing, gliders, and bender balls. Great for beginner to intermediate participants.
PILATES PLUS / PILATES FUSION
Pilates is a workout done primarily on the mat focusing on strengthening and rebalancing the core muscles which include abdominals, back, shoulders and hips. It retrains our bodies to move with efficiency and ease. Beginner members welcome.
RIDE N CRUNCH
Experience this waist trimming combination of fat burning cardio with 1 hour of pure cycling and 15 minutes of dedicated abdominal toning. Great for intermediate participants
This class will give you a well rounded workout in one hour! In 15 minute segments you'll experience fat burning sweat, body toning strength, tummy tucking abs and a joint flexing stretch. Great for intermediate participants
STEP and STRENGTH
This spunky group class is the ultimate body shaping workout alternating body sculpt moves with aerobic exercises on the step. Step burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. Allow time and perseverance in learning step choreography.
STRETCH and ABS
An incomparable abdominal workout that zeros in on the core muscles of the back and the abdomen, with the goal to tone, strengthen, and define. Followed by a half hour of utter stretch and relaxation.
TAE STEP CARDIO
NEW CLASS* Combining movements from step and cardio kickboxing for the ultimate body sculpting and calorie burning workout. The focus for step usage is on cardio endurance and not intricate choreography. Great for intermediate participants.
TOTAL BODY MUSCLE / TOTAL BODY CHISEL
A classic muscle conditioning class that will put your strength and muscular endurance to the test. This head to toe workout will teach how to maximize your workout and properly use a variety of fitness equipment. The class is designed for sculpting the body.
YOGA PILATES FUSION
NEW CLASS* A no impact activity which incorporates the dynamics of Yoga stretches with Pilates controlled strengthening movements. Each exercise will come with a beginner and intermediate variations. Great for participants at different fitness levels.
A gentle style of Hatha Yoga to help you de-stress by emphasizing breath and body awareness through Pranayama (Breathing) and meditation. Learn different breathing techniques, benefits and knowledge of Chakras (Centers of energy)and the importance of proper alignment and relaxation.
Postures and exercises arranged in a flowing systematic sequence to build flexibility, strength and balance in abdominals, back muscles and the glutes. Our challenging routine is helpful for all.
Room is heated to 85 degrees. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a graceful sequence of positions performed as one continuous exercise for energy. A great cardio routine that brings flexibility and strength to your spine and joints and will help trim your waist.
