ZUMBA
Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin Moves and rhythms with Zumba, the class that is taking the world by storm. Tone your abdominals and work your butt all with fun and fitness in mind. Fridays at 9:15am and Mondays at 7:00pm. Free for club members; $12.00 per class for non-members.
TAEKWONDO New!
Adults are invited to join 2nd Degree Black Belt Vera Moysak for a 10 week program of high intensity kicking and punching excitement. This program begins Sunday April 11th from 3:00pm-4:00pm. The cost is only $99 and both members and non members are welcome to join. A children’s Taekwondo class is also available for ages 6 to 12.

A high-energy, low impact workout that blends fitness & fun for a total body workout.

A total body workout using fitness principles using water for resistance, support & core training.
BODY IN BALANCE
A great way to incorporate pilates & balance training with muscle conditioning.

STRETCH and POWER ABS
An entire class focused on flexibility and abdominals.
TOTAL BODY/MORNING GRIND
A dynamic muscle-conditioning workout focusing on proper technique and full body workout using both straight up strength and integrated training.
BLISS YOGA
A gentle style of Hatha Yoga to help you de-stress by emphasizing breath and body awareness through Pranayama (Breathing) and meditation. Learn different breathing techniques, benefits and knowledge of Chakras (Centers of energy)and the importance of proper alignment and relaxation.
CORE YOGA
Postures and exercises arranged in a flowing systematic sequence to build flexibility, strength and balance in abdominals, back muscles and the glutes. Our challenging routine is helpful for all.
WARM YOGA
Room is heated to 85 degrees. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a graceful sequence of positions performed as one continuous exercise for energy. A great cardio routine that brings flexibility and strength to your spine and joints and will help trim your waist.
