Creative Centre’s Policies and Regulations
The Children’s Creative Centre is provided for children the ages of 6 months to 12 years inclusive, according to the schedule, fees and policies below. Parents or guandian must stay on the premises at all tiems while children are in the Creative Centre..

Related Fees
- Supervision in our childcare facility is complimentary for current Child Club Members.
- The fee for club members and hotel guests staying at the Delta Meadowvale is $5 per 2 hour visit.
- The fee for guests of club members and hotel conference participants is $10 per 2 hour visit.
Policies and Regulations
- From 9am to 12pm, Monday through Friday children must be over one years of age. Any other time children must be 6 months or older.
- Parent/guardian and children MUST check-in at Club reception before entering the Childcare Centre. Receptionist will attach a check-in tab to the child’s membership card and/or visitor registration card, which needs to be given to the childcare attendant.
- Parent/guardian will be required to sign their children in and out or the Creative Centre.
- Parent/guardian must enter the Club with their children and must remain on Delta property for the duration of their visit.
- Parent/guardian are permitted to drop off their children in the Centre (Please note that for security reasons parents are only permitted to stay in the childcare centre for a few minutes).
- Due to their allergic nature peanuts, nuts and nut products are not permitted
- Snacks, but not meals are allowed. No sharing please.
- For health reasons sick children cannot be admitted with or without a medical doctor’s consent (The Childcare Attendants have the authority to refuse admission when required)
- Admission is based on a first come first served basis.
- Maximum number of children in the childcare centre is 12, unless there is more than one infant in which case the number of children allowed will be decreased. (For obvious safety reasons the Childcare Attendants have the authority to refuse admission when required).
- Duration of childcare cannot exceed 2 hours daily
