Children are the future, but you still have to keep them occupied in the present. At Club Meadowvale, we know there is nothing more important to you than your kids and keeping them busy, and hopefully, all tuckered out by days end.
We are proud to offer the finest selection of programs and activities for children at any health club in the Greater Toronto Area - after all, who else has a 165 foot long water slide!
Kids Taekwondo New!
Children ages 6-12 are invited to join 2nd Degree Black Belt Vera Moysak for a 10 week program of high intensity kicking and punching excitement! This program begins Sunday October 18th from 2:00pm-3:00pm in the Group Fitness Studio. The cost is only $99 for the whole program and both members and non member children are welcome.
Dance Program New!
Children ages 3 to 13 are invited to join our returning dance instructor Cindy Yeh for a 10 week program of So You Think You Can Dance fun! Click here for the full Fall 2009 schedule of classes

Children’s Memberships
Give your children the gift of fitness!
13% of children aged 6 to 11 years and 14% of adolescents aged 12 to 19 years are overweight. The prevalence has nearly tripled for adolescents in the past 2 decades. Risk factors for heart disease, such as high cholesterol and high bloor pressure, occur with increased frequency in overweight children and adolescents compared with children with a healthy weight.

Movie Nights
Watch the latest DVD release in a simulated movie theatre atmosphere. Complimentary popcorn, pizza and juices are provided. Children 6 years of age and older may be dropped off for the 2 hour event. Children 5 and under are required to be accompanied by a parent.
Movie nights happen one Friday night per month, which depends on when the new release DVD comes out. Contact us to find out which Friday it is this month. This event is complimentary for hotel guests, $8 for club members and $10 for non-members. Movie night includes a pizza slice, bag of popcorn and a drink per child.
Big Blue - 165′ Water Slide
Come check out Greater Toronto’s longest, indoor, hotel water slide at Mississauga’s family fun resort. The kids will have a blast splashing down the twists and turns of the 165′ water slide! Click here for details.
Children’s Creative Centre
The Children’s Creative Centre is provided for children ages of 6 months to 12 years inclusive, according to the schedule, fees and policies below. Parents must remain on the premises.

Related Fees
- Supervision in our childcare facility is included for all child members (Child Members $30 per month plus GST and Kids Club Members $40 per month plus GST)
- The fee for club members children and guests staying at the Delta Meadowvale is $5 per 2 hour visit.
- The fee for guests of club members and hotel conference participants is $10 per 2 hour visit.
